Travel map adjustment

First of all, in case I haven't said it yet I am very happy with the travel map, it looks and feels the way I imagined it. A few minor adjustments I'd like to see: - red instead of bright blue to draw travel progress - no black line to show the upcoming trail (i.e. nothing pre-drawn) - somewhat bigger and more obviously active arrows, so that it's easier to see which direction you are about to travel - upon reaching a settlement or dungeon after traveling there from a road segment, the popup "do you want to enter this location?" should appear instantly, not only after pressing the space bar - red line designating the progress originating from the last dungeon or settlement location (i.e. where the player last entered the world map from a 3D location), not just from the last crossroads

Well, the question is, do we need roads be drawn over the map or come on the map as a part of graphic. I think it depends on second question - do we need roads that are initially hidden? I remember in RoA there were a number of paths that open only when you arrive on a roads joint; as well as some hidden forest trails. If we do not need ones, I can easily disable drawing roads in game and we stick to roads drawn on map. If hidden paths may be used, we shouldn't have roads drawn on map at all. Ofcourse, I may change road colour to something different, white or brown, what looks better.

Already done.

You mean like staying all time until player enters a map?

There will be hidden roads in the meaning of map builder, but not so much hidden roads from the player's viewpoint - e.g. you travel a road, you see no crossroad but suddenly the travel progress stops and you see not only an arrow pointing onward and one backwards, but also a third arrow pointing to the side, allowing you to explore something uncharted. If you travel down the undrawn road, your progress will be marked in red until you enter a map location, but after that the route you traveled is still not drawn in the world map, i.e. if you forget about it, you won't know it's there until you stumble upon it again. To the second question: yes.
