Or the mage with his wand. The mod: You fight waves of monsters, each wave harder and longer than the previous one. You will get supplied with a second weapon, a quartz flask and some crystal vials as you progress. Good luck! Known issues: 1. This is not complete yet. 2. You wont see anything new from around wave 6 when centaurs start appearing. 3. You are not supplied with items enough 4. Sometimes the game crashes randomly. Reasons unknown. Mostly happens when starting a new game.

You mean it's a custom map for KMOD, i.e. you copy it in the KMOD dir, specify it as last in the -file options and then start a new game?

KMod3.exe -file Arena.wad 

Yes. It is compatible will all ports that support hexen in general, because it is a vanilla hexen map that uses scripts! Give it a try but beware crashes (only Kmod seems to crash, when i tested it with other ports it seemed fine...)

As for the crash, the game seems to crash randomly because of the empty 'WINNOWR' (midi?) lump supplied with the WAD file, if you remove that it works flawlessly <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/orc2.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->. Definitely you should add some more waves and balance to this <!-- s8) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/orccool.gif" alt="8)" title="Cool" /><!-- s8) --> .

Haven't checked yet... Is it kind of UT2k4 Invasion game mode? BTW I was thinking about adding something like this to Korax Arena <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/orc2.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) --> Maybe we should? Update: simple but nice loking map and good idea. I like it.
