I got the third sigil after deciding to kill the Oracle and stick with Macil, now he's telling me to find Richter in the "commons." Thing is, there's no sign of Richter anywhere! I've talked to everybody, they're all just generic rebels. So where is this magical Richter? Or am I missing something?

The commons is an order-owned area in mid game.

In the courtyard where you went to the left to reach the oracle and straight ahead to get to the bishop, go to the right for the order commons. I thought it was you who liked complex puzzles and looked down on people who hate them (like I do). <!-- s:P --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" title="Razz" /><!-- s:P -->

I never said I hated puzzles... just I got really stuck and misinterpreted Macil's instructions (I thought "Commons" was a building within the base zone). <!-- s:roll: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_rolleyes.gif" alt=":roll:" title="Rolling Eyes" /><!-- s:roll: -->
