Scripts in maps

I am about to start reworking the Necros hub, but before I modify the wadfile: do I have to retest scripts or even worry about them, or will they be OK if I just save the wadfile after editing maps in it?

Scripts are separated from other map data (geometry, things); if you change something in scripts you should recompile them before saving the map, if you haven't you should not bother. If you change something that is refered from scripts (delete tagged sectors/things, change tags, and so on), scripts may work differently ofc.
