Has any one else here ever played this game? If you've never heard of it, it's another game developed by Raven released bout a month after Hexen 2.
It's a top-down gauntlet style game where like Hexen you can select from multiple classes.

Well, what I'm saying is that I've played this game and am asking if anyone else here has done so.

I played a couple of maps a long time ago, killed a boss to maybe I think, not sure how far I got. Not my kind of game. Played Take No Prisoners too a couple of levels, while it hade some interesting ideas, the top-down stuff was quite a turnoff.

Same here, never really played it...
It looks like an interesting concept, but it also seems a bit repetitive IMO, gameplay wise.

The multiplayer was kind of fun but mageslayer gets old quick. It did have that classic Hexen-like feel to it with loads of flanged sounds and such.
Take No Prisoners is the better game <!-- s:P --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" title="Razz" /><!-- s:P -->

I played the shareware. That's it. And I gotta say they really shouldn't restrict your choice in player classes in a demo version. Isn't not having all the levels enough?

No because you might not buy it then.
