OK here's the deal... KMOD 2.2 could've been out weeks ago, but here comes the PR devil: every new release of the mod is announced on several big sites, like RavenGames, but also on DoomWorld and DoomCenter. These are the cases when a lot of KMOD newbies appear and I don't want to show them a site where infos on future projects are outdated, release dates inaccurate, etc. Also, KMOD 1.x and 2.x is now officially the same KMOD (earlier on, 2.x was called Korax Mod II).
I'm at the process of reworking and updating the whole Korax site, including above mentioned content and structural changes, plus reworking the whole background structure for easier management (and thus more updates) in the future, plus an easy-to-use web-based news system so that all members of the team can post updates all the time from anywhere on the world, making for a lot more frequent info updates on the site about latest progress, plus moving the forums to the Korax site and reorganizing them somewhat... and making this all parallely with moving the Korax site from one server to another, including Apache, DNS and mail settings... this all takes a LOT of time and before it isn't finished, I won't even start work on the couple of little things I yet have to do for KMOD 2.2. Just watch out when the new Korax design officially goes online, then add a week and that's when KMOD 2.2 will be out officially. There's a good chance it's about 2 weeks from now or even less.
Once KMOD 2.2 is out, work on Scattered Evil will begin full steam. Once Scattered Evil is out, work on Korax Arena will begin and thanks to the whole concept of that project, the first playable version should be out a couple of weeks afterwards. The Serpent Power is the project we will start last, most probably a quarter or half a year after the release of Scattered Evil. As for The Serpent Power, most people have anyway basically false assumptions about what it'll be like, as I see here. To give you a feeling how the 3 projects will be different from each other, Scattered Evil will be pretty much a Korax Mod with new maps, storyline, character interaction and quests, i.e. an action shooter with a strong RPG vein. The Serpent Power will be OTOH an epic RPG, with a first-person-shooter-like movement and fight engine. And Korax Arena will be a lot like UT with fantasy environments and a couple of RPG-like elements.
