You can import the MIDI files into any MIDI sequencer and then you have the notes. From that, you can write your own guitar tabs.

As for a MIDI sequencer, the most easy-to-use one with full HD recording capabilities I ever used is Garageband. It's so much better than any mainstream sequencer out there.
