H2 version of kmod?

Will you bless me if i will start working on H2 version of Korax mod ? H2 is much better base and really fast engine ( compared to doom engine ports ) so i would like to create mod for and maybe it will be best to still do it under your cover... Since I am working on H2 engine modifications it will look good enought , right?

I don't see any prob with it, KMOD is open source freeware. BTW do you mean Heretic II or Hexen II?

I think it would be a good idea, but just if it uses the original maps, because frankly if we are planning on doing everything for it (maps, new models/sprites, etc.), it will make our development time grow a lot and slow down on other projects that are more awaited by the people (KA, KH, etc.), also it would make me happy to see this things on Hexen II (if that's what you meant, of course) . <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

The way I understood jaquboss he'd just change the H2 code to add some of the extra features, no new artwork/maps/etc., or did I understood you wrong jaquboss?

At start yes , i would like to add kmod level system and so.. In future maybe if i will get better md3 support i will maybe add new artwork too , but that is unsure future .. I already thought about new player visualisation using skeleton made from tags and all body parts will be attached to its own tags and wil be replacaple ( for example paladin will start with no helmet, leather armor and he will collect new armor which will be visualised by tag system ) I know it will be harder but it will add valuable non-weapon items, because artifacts are still only one use powerups..

Hmm, i didnt worked on it so much but i already have better leveling system and enhanced particles <!-- s:P --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" title="Razz" /><!-- s:P -->
