If I can remember correctly, it's just a CD with a bunch of usermade wads (that were probably ripped off the idgames ftp) altogether with a launcher. You're better off just downloading from idgames.

H!Zone also came with two alternative sprites for Heretic's undead warrior and iron lich, and new scenery and textures. It even came with shareware copies of a few utilities, like WadAuthor and NWT. There was of course more, but that was what I found most important. I have it - and especially enjoyed some of the Heretic episodes.

Most of the stuff that comes there for Heretic (mostly maps) is just converted to "work" on Hexen, so that means there aren't any new sprites for anything.
