Finally got around making a video capture of the travel system in the DSA games, so now you can see exactly what I was talking about. The video shows you in the 3D world (in a town), you walk up to the travel map entry point (road sign), enter the travel map, then start traveling. The game interrupts your traveling all the time with day/night changes (you need to camp for nights), we can add that feature or leave it out (or make it dependent on the FPS or RPG settings in the game as discussed in the past).

The movie needs the ZMBV codec, it is included with DosBox (you need to install it from the start menu entry).
