Concerning a second interview

The 4th Class

I don't know about you guys, but personally I'm really excited about the thought of a second interview. This might just give us a chance at some more publicity, and hopefully could serve as an advertisement for more people to join. Not to mention, it could also produce a renewed interest in our project. I'm not saying one single interview will save our lives, but I am saying we can only gain with conducting it.

IMO completely pointless before KA is officially released.

Ok, well why not wait until it is released? Or at least a few days or weeks before certain release? Come to think of it, how long until we can safely release a full KA? Then again, anyone else who votes "yes" may just gang up and be interviewed without you. <!-- s:P --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" title="Razz" /><!-- s:P -->

I doubt it will be released before the network code is improved (i.e. no more flickering sprites and overflow messages).

I vote yes, but after KA is fixed and released as a stable version <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->. See my post in the other thread.

Actually, we'll have to release KA without improved network code since there is on ETA on it. Also, when rendering the glvis data the long way (which we well pre-do for the public releases and put them into the download archives), flickering decreases extremely, indeed in many a KA map I didn't encounter any when playing with bots.

For the sake of non-programmers, could you please translate this into "good' or "bad"? <!-- s:P --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" title="Razz" /><!-- s:P -->
