This is fixed in 1.1. In addition, the dancers now have lines too.
In data/conmap11.txt, three conitems are not working (nothing happens when you try to talk to the NPC): 21192, 21193 and 21194. They are followed by conitem 21195, which works fine.

Found out that the issue is not with the conversation scripts but with the base NPC “TownFellow”: when they consider themselves in combat, they won’t talk to the player (I observed this behaviour first with the guard NPCs outside of Usachioi Mine/map51). Killing the four monsters on the stage ends the combat situation for the NPCs in the night club and they can be talked to normally.
Not sure how to solve or work around this yet.
