Not a bug (see comments below).

There is a room where the ceiling descends. It is easy to open the exit when playing the fighter but it does not work when playing the priest. I suspect that it is to do with lighting one of the lamps. Easily done with the fighters weapons but not the priest\’s weapons. I have not tested the mage.

The work around is to use no clipping.
