Raven and id software I believe. id played more than just the engine that got licensed, a few (romero notably) produced the game too and their id logo is on there for a reason. They don't just stick that logo on anything licensing id technology. Atari (formerly known Infogrames the company that swallowed GT Interactive) still retains the original DOS version distribution rights.
