KMOD 2.9?

Moose, I guess KMOD 3.0 won't make it for June 14, which is not a big prob, so don't worry. I'd rather that you go through KMOD 2.8 and fix those bugs reported by some users. Releasing a KMOD 2.9 for the 3rd birthday for KMOD is just fine IMO, even if it's only a maintenance release (or we could add some small feature that can be touted, ideas welcome).

Funny you should mention this I was going to do a status report on KMod3 and say june 14th would be impossible. KMod2.9 OTOH should be doable, I think. I'll start getting together a list of problems and when they occur and sort it out, I've already fixed the gold/silver bug and the Dark Bishop fire corpse height. I wont work for a few days, broke my glasses playing football (soccer) so I can't see all that well.

Sorry if I hurt your feelings, I didn't mean that... I just went after what you said earlier on, i.e. that in the 2nd half of May your GCE starts and lasts into June, meaning either you have KMOD 3.0 ready by mid-May or it won't be ready (at least this is the way I remember your statement from back then). No degradation of your skills or work enthusiasm meant.

Don't worry, I don't take offence. I'm to busy have friends warping my poor innocent mind. But after exams I've got a nice long holiday, in which I intend to finish KMod3.0, start learning more C++, and continue work on MOOD. If I'll actually do everything I intend to is a different matter.

Well I can see again now so I'll start looking into squishing some bugs. Oh and Mago I see you've found mine and Khris' new site and forums, what do you think? Apart from the buggyness of the Forums, it's a crappy free host.

If he'd have checked his mail (or even his own site at ravencommunity) between Dec 25 and Jan 25, he'd have known that he could've kept on hosting his site in an unaltered form at the same URL through the courtesy of FilesNetwork, all he'd have needed to do was to write a single one-line e-mail.

I tried to put an entry in the guestbook about a week ago, but it never got in so I gave up. Anyway, I'm gonna go check the forums now!

Oh yer I forgot that the Guestbook doesn't work anymore, I'll have a look at it now. And has anyone here noticed the problems about affrits having strange death animations (mentioned in the Public forums) because I can get it to happen for me.
