I know it has been a long time since Hexen came out, but is there any updates for it? I was just wondering because I beat the original version legitamitely and would like to know some more game play.

There's no more patches, but there is an expansion pack called Deathkings of the Dark Citadel, which includes three new hubs (20 maps total, and 6 deathmatch maps).
