...After seeing the potential successors to his part, I think these Republican candidates make Bush look like Mahatma Ghandi: [url:18pxhbf1]http://youtube.com/watch?v=XcWHyxAj68o&mode=related&search=republicans%20republican%20debate%20presidential%20election%20politics http://youtube.com/watch?v=EAklv1Z-ZEg& ... 20politics http://youtube.com/watch?v=lgRuuWZKrbg& ... 20politics http://youtube.com/watch?v=0ZVz09rE2sA& ... 20politics http://youtube.com/watch?v=TvCXNQ6D8R4& ... 20politics http://youtube.com/watch?v=KKYv-QFXkXU& ... 20politics http://youtube.com/watch?v=ZfXxRik1Gf0& ... 20politics http://youtube.com/watch?v=aTDi05pwniw& ... 20politics http://youtube.com/watch?v=vPcWbRxwuG8& ... 20politics [quote="Mitt Romney":18pxhbf1]"In my opinion, families, strong economy, and a strong military... that combination of features is what makes this party so strong... and is so critical to our future as a nation. If either Giuliani, Thompson, Huckabee, or Romney become president god I'm gonna move to the Finnish countryside. We have a similar problem with peronists here. And when I first saw that topic name, an advertisement came to my mind: it's about people celebrating things and in each situation one stands out, and the last one is about a bunch of punks/metalheads where a guy says "Cheers, because I made peace with the system. System, I love you like you are!", while removing his punk hairdo and leathers leaving him as a typical bald family guy.

Why would you have to move when you're not even from the US

[quote="Necromancer":2vrhszvg]Why would you have to move when you're not even from the US Because the US is not only Canada's closest friend, but also one of its biggest spheres of influences. Whatever long-term trend is going on in America, you can feel the same sort of ripple effect over in the north. Now, this can be both really good and really bad, it depends on the issue, anyway it's just common sense that you'll be more influenced by what's closer to home... Personally I'd rather have a moderate, open-minded pacifist President to make friends with, rather than some neo-con lunatic who only looks to the north to eye untapped resources. And if they go NAFTA on our ass, then that's more Canadian sovereignty sold off to foreign lands in the name of trade.

Hey all you Americans on this board... what do you think of the race for president?

I'm American! *waves flag* As for the race for presidency, I don't know a single candidate's name. I completely avoid politics. Not much is happening that applies to me anyway. Course, as a trade off, so that I don't appear to be an asshole, I also don't complain about the government. after all, it's not like I'm doing much to help. PS. I support the war in Iraq. We're not over there to take fucking oil, and anyone who says we are has simply bought into another poorly constructed excuse to hate America, or in some cases Bush. I'd further talk about the subject, but as I said, I avoid politics. WOOHOO CAPITALISM! PSS: I'm also against environmentalism. WOOHOO CONTROVERSIAL!

It would be great if they just find someone who knows what their doing instead of having to go through like 30 years of office just to lead a country. (and by that time you have become senial and old and you go crazy, sad fact of life.) Hell, i got a friend down the street who can set the whole planet right if he was president right now.

I like Bush! I think he did the right thing... America should leave Iraq now, leave it as it is, and forget about it!

[quote="Col.J.P.":3qg071im] America should leave Iraq now, leave it as it is, and forget about it! Rrrright, let's crash the state, put it into chaos and get away letting others solve the problem [quote="menelkir":3qg071im] We're not over there to take fucking oil, and anyone who says we are has simply bought into another poorly constructed excuse to hate America, or in some cases Bush Neither it is poorly constructed, nor an excuse to hate America (it's stupid to hate country in whole) or Bush (how can you hate an imbecile puppet?). It is a well built large corporations' strategy of taking key points of oil production and transportation.

After hearing that Hilary might have a shot at president, i almost crapped my pants! that and seeing some of the crap the democratic party wants to spend TAX PAYER MONEY ON, like a damn DONKEY MUSEUM!!! Then, we've got... Obama Hussein Ra.... who cares bout his last name... Then the gas is going up because we are fighting in iraq to liberate it, then the rest of the middle-east and other oil companies are witholding oil from us, and we cand get oil from alaska... gas may go up to 5 bucks this summer. what does that mean? STAY IN CANADA!!! if things get too much worse here in the us, i want to move... the us government is going to hell in a handbasket and theres little to nothing we can do. heres the big problem... we need DYNAMIC, RADICAL government change. That means weve got to elect a democrat. is that always bad? no. but Hilary..... i would rather have Ellen Degeneres! and then abortion... I am not voting this year because of all this sickening garbage... so anyway, thats my view

[quote="blademaster":2j6i5k6b]I am not voting this year because of all this sickening garbage... That's exactly what they want you to do! You must vote, if not for the democrats, at least for a 3rd party, like the Green Party or Libertarian Party or something like that. It's not red vs. blue as the higher powers have been shoving down our throats since the 50s.
