Now that Janis has a new job Ramborc asked me if I want to help out on the programming side. I'll say more tomorrow but now I'm tired and going to bed. ...... It morning again and I'm ready to catch up on all of SE that I have missed only one problem how do I get into koraxdev. ...... Yet more time has passed and I have found out how to get into korax dev myself after a bit more reading, I am now off to see what SE is like then I await my orders. Oh and I started on a new spell for mage but I'll tell you more if you want later.

About the spell I said about yesterday I gave up after finding out you guys beat me to it. But to pass my time I'm making a mage berserker spell for the fun of it untill I get given orders. Mage Berserker: Your MP now becomes (MP*10) or something like that. You have no weapons and can only use offensive spells (so from KMod thats only Horrible Pain). It lasts for (MP*2) sec or something like that. And after it wares off you are left with (MP/2) MP or something like that. MP = your MP befor you activated the spell. If you don't like it just say I'm not bothered if you like it or not cause as I said its just for fun.

I'm not sure what source code version you used, but most probably not the latest version, which is in CVS on SourceForge. Talk to Janis (<!-- e --><a href="mailto:dj_jl@korax-heritage.com">dj_jl@korax-heritage.com</a><!-- e -->), he is the one who can give you access to that account and explain you how it works.

I used 2.2 source code for my little spell and its about 40% done but I'm not trying my hardest with it as I don't know if its worth it. I'll ask Janis how to use CVS in a little while.

If you've got a working Java plugin in your browser you can use the File Manager (though it's rather slow for uploading big files).

Maybe I worded that badly, but what you said was also helpfull. I ment what details for the FTP like password, username, server, ect, ect....

Password/username is the same as you used to access the developer download stuff, and server name is the domain name. AFAIR no need to set any remote directory.

Now all you have to do is wait a day or 2 then you can use my sat useless spell. What offensive spells will there be in SE? Off-topic (not that there ever was one): Did mago make the KH logo thingie from scratch. Its v good IMO.

Yep, he painted all 3 figures from scratch. Yes I agree he has got loads of talent. And I had a look at some of his NPCs earlyer and they all look good aswell. Is he back yet or are we still waiting for his return. Did you guys ever fix the berserker problem in multiplayer. The one were if you died in berserker, when you respawn you still have your berserker stats.

So from the looks of those spells the only one that would be used in this is wall of fire. Are you planning more offensive spells like 'fire ball' oridginal isn't it.

Is there a cheat that gives you exp or levels you up. Its about 50% done now and I Probabaly wont get much more done today, I've got a big bit of english H/W to finish.

Becuz I don't want to have a custom internal build of every release and I do need those cheats a lot when playtesting or developing.

I wouldn't make the fighter level 999. The game would crash if he has too much health. Even level 100 might be a bit too much.

My spell is now at about 90% sorry its taken so long but I had an evil english essay to write. So expect it to be uploaded later this evening or tomorrow.
